Guidebook “Your City Katsushika”

The guidebook for foreign residents "Your City Katsushika"(English and Chinese) is renewed and available for free at International Exchange Room, Katsushika Symphony Hills Annex 2F and Foreign Residents Registration Window at Census Registration Section, Katsushika City Office. English, Chinese and Korean versions accompany with information in easy Japanese, therefore these are handy also for those from non-English or non-Chinese speaking countries.
